I'm now 12 years with IGA Nephropathy. This is very informative. Due to covid I feel I'm looking after my own health issues and don't really know how my condition is progressing. Should I consider getting bloods done I've not had them done for 12 months?

Don't give up the JOB man... I've got IGAN - had it for about 25 yrs before hitting ESRD, now on PD Dialysis - been working full time for 2+ years - never missing too much work. my suggestion - work as long as you can...
