Our black tool is missing too! My daughter loves Topsy's and asks for them often. We will try this one in the morning. Sometimes her Topsy's flip out during the day if I don't hook them together. Any ideas how to prevent this?

Ha ha. I've bought a couple of sets and they seem to have legs and walk away. Make sure that the elastic is tight enough on the hair and then after you flip it, tighten it up against the head. It shouldn't flip back through that way. I've had that happen if I don't tighten the ponytail after flipping it.
