Iris I was severely anemic according to my Dr. snd they wanted to do infusions. I started taking Slow-fe iron supplements and a year later my iron is great. I am not quite in menopause yet and my periods were heavy as well. That particular supplement does not constipate you as many iron supplements do. Sorry for the sort of gross tmi but they really helped me. You could look into that. They are over the counter.

Such a brilliant amount to stuff and loved seeing so much going to holiday. You should definitely get a giant world map, we have one (not wooden) and made a feature on a wall. We love looking at it and dreaming about places we could go. Fill yours with pins and it will inspire and motivate you to keeping saving and exploring the world 💕

My iron levels became really low due to giving blood. For almost two years, I had just enough iron each time I gave blood and it then led to me being anaemic. Quite strong iron tablets for 6 months and it was all fine

Yeah I wonder if my levels haven’t quite recovered since my last donation!! I’ve bought some multi vitamins but will see what the doc says and might get some specific iron tablets. Thank you xx

@@irisbudgets yeah I think that’s what it was for me, I was donating every 16 weeks and I think overtime they just got too low. I had been taking multivitamins and irony tablets but the stronger tablets/supplements are better x
