i use KDP but you need a lot of books/journals. sales will be cyclical.

When you do keyword search it looks different than what I am seeing. How did you get the Amazon and Google results in the same table. My Amazon does not have the competition indicator

Are there any startup costs? I would imagine that, in order for anyone to know you have something to sell, you may have to do a bit of advertising, yes? Maybe a lot of advertising! Seems to me that we are talking about a saturated market on blank books. Like I would have to, somehow, differentiate my product from the rest of the herd. Someone selling their books for even 50 cents less than mine would shut me out of the market, perhaps. A race to the bottom! I think it's just pure luck someone buys a blank book from me. Hope you do well in all of that! I'll have to think about this. Personally, my passive income streams are rental properties and dividend stocks. They are scalable and make money, consistently and reliably.

How many blank books would you have to buy/create to sell? You only make $4 out of $12? Who takes more than 60%?

If you sell a ton of just 1 book that would be great! Or sell a book that costs $30 +. I would try selling 3-5 to start and then see what works best.
