its mad the level of responsibility this type of job takes. the sidemen rely on the crew to hve everything sorted and stored safely, but obviously things can so easily go wrong since a part of their 'brand' and style is to keep it chaotic, genuine, etc. so that can open space for a lot of things to go wrong, specially in weird locations or when they travel. the crew does an amazing job, its very cool to see what happens behind the cameras and before/after the shoots. what a process it all is

This is insane how much stuff goes into videos. Stuff like this with many different people, cameras, angles, and stuff like vacations with hours of footage is one thing, like I can't imagine sifting through the all the content you have, BUT the planning in organization of it is another. The behind the scenes team literally make the story of a video. You think of the plot in advance! They think about sneaky cameras where a kill might happen, an angle that would capture a funny moment better, all this stuff is... just pure respect for them.

Handling logistics such as scheduling, location scouting, and equipment rental. Managing client relationships and addressing feedback. Ensuring that all legal and copyright requirements are met. The list goes on aha Producers work diligently to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Their efforts may not be as immediately apparent to the public, but they are crucial for the success of any video production. Their responsibilities often involve administrative tasks and project management, which may not be as glamorous as creative roles like directing or being in front of the camera. However, without skilled producers, many video projects would struggle to get off the ground or reach completion.
