You can go to in-game settings to set if you want to show the taskbar move after completing a task or not, and other things like how long you want the kill cooldown to be, they are not bugged or lagged, it's just in-game settings

You can chose to have the "Task bar" update LIVE or update when it's a meeting. If you leave it at LIVE then you can see if a person finishing a task or not when you stand with them and watch the person do a task. So most of the lobbys wants it to update at meetings witch is to recomend.
