Nah i always thought he was one of the most socially confident and compatible. Most people just didn't care to or wanted to recognize as he isn't the loudest one. If anything seeing him around other people as Tommy T on NoPixel confirmed that. I doubt anyone else in the Sidemen could do that. He basically created a whole new group of people around him with the Mandem, made contacts with some of the bigger US creators etc.

​@christophs.9093 could do what? create characters and make content whilst growing connections around that character? it's not that unheard of. there's so many channels that are basically all just people playing a character. Jschlatt has played a few variations of the same character and made his whole career off it. KSI in this video has a bunch of characters and whilst they're simply for one off videos or series of videos, he could take it further. I don't see them all doing it as its not their style but they all really can. I think it was more the case of playing Tommy T with such a wild persona, so different from himself, he's realised what he can do and what he's capable of. being more confident and it working out for you enables you to feel more confident, like he's before he thought he couldn't say or do this because he was the "this" guy. but playing a character that's so different to him has made him realise that he can be more outspoken and given him a boost of confidence. him making those connections and doing so well with it likely just comes down to him being business minded and logical thinking (we can assume from other people's words and videos.) JJ's successful comes from being usually the most entertaining person in the room, as with Harry. Josh, whilst not being as funny on his own, is pretty intelligent and logical. they've said multiple times he's great with money (or at least the the sidemen's.) Vikk is not dissimilar to him either. this all being said it could be all wrong. we could all be wrong because we don't actually know what he's like as a person in real life.
