As French many those dude/snap arent the problem at all One french mentality is "jouer le jeu" which translate to "play the game" Majority of those dude surrend to the police without fighting actually. No fire arm in France is legal so death by gun is extremly rare and localised in gang/traffic war. They play their game, get caught by the police and accept the penality. (Which is kinda low since many thing they do arent actually illegals) What cause problem is drug, and thief which those snap actually help against since those people prefer snapping than dealing In fact police blunder is extremly rare in France. Nael case was just that extreme for us. (Even if riot were a big no made by lost 15 years old teenager in our poor city plagged with drug) For proof there were like 5 other young that died after Nael while escaping the police and nobody rioted. Because everybody (cops and law breaker) played the game : they did illegals thing, police did their job the way they should do (welcome to France having a gun when you arent a cop make you Satan and a cop pointing a gun without life endangering reason is big nope) and the law breaker died.
