Well by having a lower body fat percentage means that he has less body mass, so yeah technically his muscle to mass ratio is better. In terms of core strength JJ's is probably the highest, but in comparison to body weight Vikk's is the highest (apart from Tobi). Hope I cleared any confusion :)

The maximum weight they put on each side was 15kg. Ksi just increased it on the video text to make them all look a bit stronger. I am a body builder and i can 100% confirm they were not lifting 70kg in total. Its fake Or those plates are made of some unknown material that weighs more than the size of usual plates. Even the smallest 15 kg ive seen is bigger than all of them.
