Just to give you some context, I am MG1/2, and I only cheated once, not with the motive of becoming Global Elite or something, but I wanted to experience how it felt to tilt the opposition when you're blatantly cheating, because I had been on the receiving end of it for several years. (Just CSGO matchmaking things) Tbf it got boring pretty fast, and I stopped cheating around 3-4 days later. I refuse to believe that there are people out there who cheat in video games on a regular basis. The dopamine hit that you get when you actually pull off a sick play, is more compared to when you're straight up "dunking on everyone". Also, Toby said that the people who code hacks are "Great coders". Trust me, coding hacks don't require that "great" expertise. It's tedious, yes, but nothing extraordinary. Without digressing, I'd just like to conclude that one should seek help if they cheat consistently, because this could possibly be an outcome of inferiority complex, or a sense of giving up to get better. Or just sheer frustration by the state of game, as I distinctly remember was the case for CSGO and PUBG at launch.

I'm maining escape from tarkov right now and since I've played arma 3 military simulator I love slow pace shooter games that give you genuine adrenalin in cross fires and tarkov is an amazing game, sucks that people would cheat in an already big and fun game. Reason to why cheaters in tarkov are down bad: I don't understand cheating in tarkov, you can get frustrated losing your favorite weapon in it but cheating doesn't start when someone is bad at the game, it starts when the person gets bored of it. Tarkov never gets boring after playing it for 2 years, I don't have a life and I still don't cheat in games so I really don't understand why people cheat in fun games since it just makes their experience with the game so much worse.
