05:23 so here’s the thing, you can’t take the ball from the keeper when he has control of the ball. What does that mean in this context? It means that the keeper is in kingdom of the ball if he or she has the ball between one part of the body and another part of the body (upper part, legs do not count) OR the ground. Say one hand on the ball, and the ball is on the ground: in control. The ball is in the air and the keeper has one hand on the ball: not in control. BUT! the keeper remains in control of the ball until he or she DELIBERATELY plays the ball. So if the keeper is in control of the ball and starts holding it with one hand, the in this case he or she is still in control as the ball hasn’t been played yet after the fact that the keeper got control of the ball. And when kicking the ball from a volley from hands, then the keeper is in control till the ball leaves the foot/other, as that’s when the keeper has played the ball. Or when the keeper throws it in play either to the ground for them selves (ground contact =in play here) or if a longer throw, as the ball leaves the hands. So in short, neither of these cases are allowed according to the rules.
