Not sure I'm not from Punjab or India but this is an international case because one of the people involved in the case is currently living in Canada and has quite blatantly stated his involvement in Sidhu murder so legally Indian authority can engage with interpol and order for Goldy to be extradited and I'm certain Canadian authorities will assist because no country wants foriegn criminals in there country as they're a risk to the citizens.
