What do you call the floating stuff that you have plant in and where do you buy it?

They are Laguna fabric floating baskets. I bought them locally $. I wouldn't recommend them. It lasted only one season as the UV from the sun deteriorated exposed fabric. You can a DIY better ones really cheap using dollar store floating styrofoam noodles, hoola hoops, and black landscaping fabric.
