Thank you Sidonia, I made a cute little pendant using this design. I appreciate all the work you did into designing and filming your work.

Aww, thank you so much, Beverly! I appreciate your comment so much, especially because this is one of my very first video tutorials and sometimes I feel like it's been forgotten and nobody watches it anymore - so thank you so much for letting me know that that's not true. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

Sidonia, thank you for taking the time to create a detailed video on this. I know it takes a lot of work not just to design the jewelry, but to create a video and put it up. So many beaders appreciate your efforts!

well, I don't think your instructions are poor whatsoever!! Thank you, Sidonia, for taking your time to teach people how to do beautiful projects...I understand you just fine....Smh, if you don't have something nice to say don't say anything at all. Sometimes people's comments can be cruel. This one wasn't too bad, her opinion, but some are just unessesary. I love your teaching and designs. Thank you:)

+Teresa Fernbacher Your comment is ridiculous. Are you under the impression that people create these tutorials because they're altruistic? They do it to gain subscribers. The more subscribers they have, the more advertising dollars they attract, and the more recognition and revenue they receive (which leads to magazine spreads, book contracts, etc.). If one is going to set oneself up as an instructor on KZbin, one should welcome constructive criticism. It comes with the territory. Sidonia's jewelry is beautiful. However, she mumbles through her instructions in a heavily accented voice. She should invest in a lapel microphone, ala Jill Wiseman, to amplify her voice. Her lighting is poor, and her camera focus is often blurry. I am an adjunct professor at a local college. My continued employment is predicated on student feedback. Wake up and smell the coffee. That is how the real world works.

Dear Sidonia, I love you classic designs, they look very "rich". Your quiet voice is very pleasant and relaxing. I discovered beading one year ago and I am very happy with the fantastic tutorials from which I learned everything I know till now. Please go on with designing I love it. Tank you, Ans from Holland.

Dear Sidonia, Such a lovely piece! I am very partial to jewelry that has an old world look to it. The detail is exceptional and you, as usual, show such talent. Thank you for a wonderful tutorial!

thank you so much for this! I've wanted to bezel chatons for earrings and I'm tired of always starting with peyote. I like a smaller earring. these make wonderful earrings!!! my "3mm" were a bit big, so I did 6 x '3mm' and 6 11's but otherwise followed the instructions- worked perfectly! so if you want to use up some 3mm druks or fire polished beads, try that!

Hi Sidonia. I love all your jewelry tutorials you explain really well I have a question I have quite a few rivoli's 8mm to 18mm I hope you do make many more. I just totally love them. I see that you do most with out the peyote stitch in with the rivoli I like the look so question is can you make more with the crystal and seed beads I never was very good at peyote. I like your styles. Can you message me back so if you are able to help a 55 yr old lady lol. Thank you so much I will keep watching and waiting for your new tutorials one of your fans Cindy

what beading needles do you suggest mine are too flimsy ! ok im just not getting it i cant get it as tight as you on the crown part then when i put chaton in, it appears much smaller than yours im using 8mm chaton ss39. but when i see you wrap around the back mine is sucken down in yours is flush to top of crown. it appears your bicones are larger than 3mm. it says you are using 3mm but it appears much larger
@Sidoniasbeadedjewelry10 жыл бұрын
Hi, Tracey! To be able to help you I would need to see your work, so if you don't mind, send me a photo on my FB profile: facebook.com/spetki Meantime I can tell I'm using John James needles: www.perlesandco.co.uk/Beading_needle_Size_12_51_mm_x25-p-8913.html The size of the bicon is 3mm, not bigger. Try and change the seed beads, sometimes they can be a bit smaller. And be sure the bicones you are using are real Swarovski.

Sidonia's handmade jewelry I use 4lb Fireline. :-)
@Tracey31910 жыл бұрын
Sidonia's handmade jewelry thanks my issue may be partly the fireline i am using 8lb. i broke 3 needles last night and ended up cutting up the three attempts i made. im trying to make for my mom a gift. i am attempting again now if i cant get it then i will have to order new needles and fireline . i did save the first one i did that was to big-the one i was referring to maybe i will try to send a pic of it . right now i am trying to use only 6 3mm bicones . they are real swarovski. thanks!
@Tracey31910 жыл бұрын
i may have figured out my issue. i wanted only one color seed beed and bought only #11 not #15 so i was trying to bezel with only #11. Would this be my problem? im sad as i really liked my seed beed and they only make in #11
@Sidoniasbeadedjewelry10 жыл бұрын
Yes, unfortunately, that is a problem. This pattern does not work with 11/0s, I'm sorry. :-( What color are you talking about, Tracey?

+Teresa Fernbacher Hi Teresa, thank you for defending my teaching! :-) I was actually thinking about making a necklace with this pattern, but I was actually thinking of using it like rope, by its self or with a big bezelled stone hanging from it. Is this a good enough tip? :-)
