@guitar556100 unfortunately I didn't pass :( I got a 64 but the next day I rescheduled for 01/30- I'll get this thing eventually! Good luck to you on your exam! The first time there was hardly any option questions, it was more so around prohibited activities and suitability

In reference to question #2....say I work at broker/dealer A and you work at broker/dealer H, can I share commission with you? Nope. What if broker/dealer A owned broker/dealer H? Then YES, that would be allowed under direct control. What if broker/dealer A owns a company that owns broker/dealer H, YES, that is indirect common control. 😀

Suzy, don't Roth distributions begin *after* the investor turns 59 1/2? Question 20

Hi! Roth IRA's never HAVE to be distributed. The main benefit to the Roth is that the earnings are tax-free if they are distributed AFTER age 59 1/2 AND the account has been open for a minimum of 5 years. In that question you were looking for the FALSE statement, Roth IRA distributions do not HAVE to begin at any specific age is a TRUE statement. :) Remember with a Roth the money you put in is in after-tax dollars and you can take out YOUR contributions at anytime, no tax, no penalty. Traditional IRA contributions may or may not be tax deductible. Traditional IRAs do have to follow the RMD rules (required minimum distributions rules), Roth IRAs do not. Sorry for the novel.
