Hi. I have a plc logo 8. And an indicator panel for parking. The panel accept only rs485. The only way to communicate logo plc, with an rs485 module, is using this serial converter IO ?? The question is, from enternet to rs485 is necessary this module yes?

s7 1200 PLC can using Ethernet to Serial converter with RTU slaves protocol.

hi,bro. i am testing modbus rtu convert modbus tcp communication with logo 8. i have a lot issues, logo 8 reviced my modbus tcp command, but it dropped my slave id, lead me control loads confusion..... can u help me to give me some advices?

There is no slave ID in Modbus TCP Server. So, You have to identify it through IP or Port.

@@jimmyplc7613 Thank u reply sir, i had solved. i had used modbus RTU keypad control loads via logo 8 logic controller, no need warried about modbus tcp protocol , pya attention its proticol length is okay. then plc can recive modbus rtu information. Thank u very much.

why do you use id=1 in mosbus server?

I changed modbus slave ID from1 to 255 at 10:06
