Great videos mate keep them up 👍 One advantage the AOP has over the BOP is that the parameters can be uploaded and downloaded onto the AOP. Making it easy even for a mechanical minded technician to change the inverter. I am in the process of moving away from these obsolete Micromaster 420's and replacing them for Control Techniques C200's.

thanks for the video, can you make a video in how to set the parameter for releasing the clutch brake? I'm using micromaster 440. I've already set P1215 to 1 - but the clutch brake of the motor is not releasing. Hope you can demonstrate that. Many thanks.

Hi Ingus! greetings from Spain. I have a single question for you. Based in your knowledge, I try change the following parameters in VDF MicroMaster 420: P2012 (USS Com from 4 to PZD 2) & P2013 (PWZ 127 variable to 4 words) in order to use S7-1200 with USS FB communication. I currently using STARTER software V.5.5 without success (By the way my VFD is no Display, no BOP or AOP). Is necessary have a display to make these changes?. Thanks a Lot....

What is the parameters if I want to increase the speed while the motor is running. Now, I cant increase the speed P1082 because the motor is running. I need to stop the motor to change the P1082.

If this inverter was powered from 3f with a 1.1kw motor and now I want to connect it to 1f and supply it to the 2.2kv motor, I have to change something in the settings because the undervoltage alarm was triggered, could it be caused by this alarm?

Just a wee bit too fast in your explanations, particularly with regard to entering the data into the BOP, some references to the manual would be very helpful, ie what the codes mean and how to get to them. Apart from that very good but I will have to watch it a couple of times to make sure I get all the info' you giving out.

Hi, i have semans VFD 6se3211-5ba40, it was working i tried to set and now i have lost memory, the only thing works is very slow reverse, how much is key pad, or how much is my vfd worth with this problem, i think fast forward key is stuck, fault could be with this one key, can u help pease ? thanks

hello, I'm asking for help, I can't start the electric motor - with a complete and step-by-step configuration of the electric motor, the AOP A0541 does not disappear from the screen...All the time, the voltage at the converter outputs is 87 volts, of the same phase. What to do in such a situation?

Hi There, A0541 is Motor data identification routine active, basically it just tells you that, that's what it is happening, there is nothing wrong with the drive. I believe parameter P1910 should be on 0 for this to go away.

Any body have idea on parameters to configure the 3 programmable Relays on micromaster 440, i noticed the drive you are using doesn't have programmable relay, have scan through the Manual cant find how to configure relay.

Hi Egwu. This drive has digital outputs and can be configured in parameter 731 page 52. As relay output no, this drive don't have it.

@@IGSElectronics the manual i downloaded seems different from yours, on the page you stated i couldn't fine the output terminal and beside my own drive is MicroMaster 440, it has both output terminals and programable Relay 24/25.

Hi great video. I was thinking of factory resetting the micromaster 440 and realise maybe I shouldn’t. Question is if I reset the micromaster 440 would it lost connection to the motor connected to it. Would love your help if possible.

Is it communicating with any plc?

@@IGSElectronics no it doesn’t have any communication. Normally the number in the LCD screen stay on one number when position e.g 5.00 but when I turn on the machine the LCD screen number jumping between 5.00 to 0.00 and normally those numbers are stationary.
