Me and Sierra finally managed to make a video together, wich we both was really excited on!
However, for everyone that follow me on instagram knew that i had to run back to Sweden pretty fast, so we only had 2h to make 2 videos. So hopefully in the future we will have more time and a plan and make something really special :)

This was the day I had to run back home to Sweden ( for everyone that followed that epic mess on instagram, knows the struggle ) so we had a few epic videos planned, sadly we could not make them this trip, so hopefully we can make more stuff in the future and make more high end productions :)

Climbing only on these volumes is always a bit scary for me. Yesterday I had on such a volume scraped the skin on my arm. They have a very rough surface. OMG, how many years do I have to train really hard 5 1/4 days a week, like Sierra does, to be able to climb all of these boulders? .

what are you using to stabilize your video? I remember you mentioned something a few videos back.

Final Cut Pro and Premiere both offer stabilization options that greatly help with handheld video.

Hope you got to have a climb there too :) The Depot route setting is always 👌🏻even the low grades are really fun but I can't coment on anything V5+ 😅

Problem is that everything except the overlay music is on left unto the 5:44 mark. Music is evenly split. Also: general noise is way lower after that mark, and music a lot louder. I think audio balancing could be a lot better on this channel in general. Really like how Eric upped his game these last years but audio and colour grading is just not easy.

I remember climbing with Sierra once back when my family had a condo in Mesa. We were at Focus and I was trying some of the 6, 7,8’s she was easily walking up. I left feeling very impressed with her and her mom who was also lovely. Nice to see her crushing again. Great video Erik, keep up the good work! KZbin is much better when you’re putting out your quality content. And as for your question Sierra, I would like to see more of your training!

Sierra, you mentioned that moonboarding is part of your regular training routine. I'd.love to see moonboard vlogs where you explain your thought processes approaching different problems during your session and talk about what changes you're going to make when you fail problems. Would be great to hear about the nuances in body positioning when trying moonboard problems.

There was a kids competition there a couple of weeks back and it was for kids from 7-15 iirc. I saw them setting these routes and there was a kid around age 10 testing them out for the setters
