Love the Rep Cossie. In the 90s, we could not get them in South Africa. Basil Green had done a few Cossies here. They were too expensive so I built my our replica. Still have it in 2.0L form and now I've added to the collection a RS5000 Love these cars. Thanks for a good video Adam.

Videos like this make me wish I kept mine. I had a J plate 1.8 GLX SAPPHIRE over 20 years ago. It was lowered and had cossie side skirts and rear spoiler. Always wonder if it's still kicking about.

Hes bang on to be totally honest, it ain't about the speed with the ancient fords anymore. Mk2 Escorts and Mk3 Capris were my thing and even the quickest ones would now be considered slow. I've got a 1.6 Capri in the current fleet of daftness and in reality, its only a tiny bit away from a 2.8i in terms of out and out speed, yes, I've tickled it a bit. The smell is spot on too!

I am not a Ford Fan, but a Tvr fan and owner and was drawn to this vid, at 8.31 im sure you were driving past the old TVR Manufacturing garage in Blackpool the road was called Bristol Avenue!! Wheeler estate i think its now called after Peter Wheeler who owned TVR during its glory years of cerbera,Griffith etc.. Am i right?, if so how weird i was drawn to the vid.
