I am an old woman named after my grandmothers and I collect the same kind of thingies as Sierra Elizabeth Ferrell. Like that lovely tin and vintage (old) clothing. Rocks. Shells. Glass thingies. Plants.Toy woodland animals. Most people think I am a hoarder but my stuff makes me happy too. I live in the woods so they don't bother me ...much. Sierra makes me happy cry.

I've got a similar collection of oddities. I think for me, growing up fairly fast and having some strained relationships with family, I found a lot of solace in having the right things around, making the energy in my space feel a bit more homey than it might have. Nothing wrong with having thingies that make you feel good. We all have to do what we need to in order to cultivate a space that works for us, and that's different for everyone. Also, when I started reading this, I thought you were Bonnie Raitt, if you get the reference to the John Denver song haha. Cheers sister! ❤❤❤

We’re close to the same age. I still have my glass pipe and bubbler collection, but I switched to a dry vape for my throat. Our houses are similar, I grow a massive garden and grow my own herbs. A great facial water is spearmint, lemon balm and rose…so refreshing and easy to grow in your garden. Spearmint and lemon balm are invasive so they’ll do well wether you tend to them or not.
