I have this sling and love the quick adjust. Put a little zipper pull made from paracord onto it and it's super easy to move.

Great review. I grabbed one of these two weeks ago locally in ranger green and am really impressed with it. I am going to put some talon tape on the billet slider but otherwise this thing is amazing and lightweight. I’m just starting my field testing of it but so far have been really impressed over the other guys models. The slider is super easy to move and find! I haven't found the perfect sling yet. Currently the Proctor sling is one of my favorites. Next one I try will be the ESD.

Try the Trex arms sling. That one and the warrior poet society slings are the best. I have some blue force slings and a couple other brands and that trex is my favorite.

Looks kind of like a padded QD version of the proctor sling.

Did you ever find the billet pull tab poking you, or was that not an issue? Also, butterfly at 3:05. Update: I purchased the non padded version. I’ve been using it on my 11.5 AR with QDs above the pistol grip and at the furthest back MLOK slot on my handguard. The construction and lockup is great and the billet pull tab does not snag or get in the way at all. It’s the perfect size to grab with your thumb and fingers too. Mine came with one “ranger band”, which I like better than elastic sling keepers. I’ll definitely be getting more for other guns, but I think I’d get the padded one. In my experience padded slings really aren’t a problem with armor as long as the pad isn’t huge, and they tangle less. The webbing is rough along the edges until you wear it in a lot so if you have sensitive skin/aren’t wearing a collared shirt it will chafe. I’ll try to update this more as I get more time with it.

adjust the sling to fit you properly, if the tab is poking into your body then it is going too far back which defeats the purpose because then you won't have easy access to it to make and adjustment.

has anybody found theirs scratching the gun like the slingster? So far I haven't noticed any wear caused by the slider touching metal components. But that was an issue i had with the ferro slingster. (fixed it with some electric wire heat wrap)

I bought one of these. Huge mistake. The quality does not seem good at all. Frayed stitching, the padding feels cheap, and the slider literally moves when you sneeze. Do not waste your money on this sling. Go get a Ferro Slingster.

wish they sold the billet slider piece as an individual part, can't justify $60 just for that you know
