Those two are better off as friends and it's like everything came full circle with them it was probably three years before Kelsey was the one who wasnt sure about wanting a future she was afraid to keep getting serious with Garrett and in this scene with them on the boat he became the one who was unsure. But I do think if he couldn't forgive her he shouldnt have taken her back.

I still think the swimsuit problem was more than that. Kelsey had a rough year too and she was really there for Juliette when Alex and Alyssa got pregnant. And yes Juliette swung on garret but I think Kelsey was having a harder time than the show showed and she felt like she wasn’t getting anything back. She should have never of caused so many issues and talked bad about Juliette but It seems that Kelsey was more upset with Juliette as a whole not just the bikini line

A little old...but it was somewhat of (slightly sad) poetic justice when Kelsey was feeling out Garrett regarding becoming more serious and possibly moving in. I mean who could forget the 6 month picnic when he was SO thoughtful and went out of his way to show how serious he was about moving forward. Obviously they were a bit younger, and I would imagine with the normal stresses of relationships, combined with the differences in upbringings/family structure, career paths and professional goals + Kelsey still trying to make friends + cameras around a huge chunk of the time, it wasn't easy. But, I feel like if maybe she handled the breakup better the first time around, Garrett would not have been so guarded when it came to getting serious again.
