Wow, a powerful and imposing piece. The organ is indeed magnificent, Reincken a composer to be reckoned with, and Sietze de Vries is a truly exceptional organist with an awesome grasp of style - perhaps a bit like Ton Koopman without all the trills and frills :) An absolute delight, many thanks !

Congratulations! Even a compressed audio track is able to transport the fire and passions of this interpretation. So happy to hear knowing player drawing full colours out of this wonderful organ. My first recorded experience with that piece was Harald Vogel's version, which continuosly remainend in held-back danymics... And a player of Sietze de Vries' magnitude is definetely licensed to add a "prachtig" final vers and so to perhaps redesign the dynamic dramaturgy of the end of the fantasy. Thank you!
