'The Rectal Dilators' a punk band for Runcorn - if my memory serves me right.... .....or maybe not; should be a band name regardless... I know it's a pain and you obviously do care but please put booties on the dog. I've seen way too many injuries to animals in places like that doing archaeology. It's not just the shards of glass and metal, but the crazy amount of bacteria and bugs and diseases that get in their nails and between their toes. She takes off like a missile don't she?! Wow, what a bottle digger's paradise! Judging by the array of finds and the sheer volume of earth,, that tip was in use for a long time. Definitely some Victorian items in there, up thru WW2. A few things I wanted to mention... 22:40 - AS Hinds are pretty common in the US. Funny to see one pop up so far from home. 33:53 - In the left foreground there's a low-domed inkwell. Any thoughts on the year? I've found only one like it, here in the States, from an 1880s site. Does that seem about right to you? 34:41 - The stoneware bottles with pour spouts look to be master inks. Very nice! Cheers! And happy hunting!

Just a friendly warning. Be very careful when handling bottles. Especially dark brown bottles, be weary if they contain any liquid inside. They may contain caustic or poisonous substances. There was a death of a child in or family, many years ago. Where a young girl got her hands on such a bottle. The bottle contained acid. I don't need to say much more. Please use caution when handling such bottles. Good luck with your search. GF1 👍👍👍👍👍👍😎

You are putting things back that I would cry to find! There used to be a dump from the 1940s war in the US here and when they got bulldozers they just took everything and shoved it off the edge to the saltwater. So when you are walking the bits of glass with tinkle When the tide was calm. Such a beautiful sound but you would find complete dolls with their paint still on them one man way back in the 1960s made a absolute Fortune off of the things that he found and it was just a little bag full of statues in pieces. But somehow the property was sold and even though you're not supposed to be able to own Beach property the water edge is open to anyone somehow these guys got water rights?! We were chased out of there after climbing down and getting a good bag full of stuff I heard my almost mother-in-law swear for the first time ever and boy did she she saved it up for that man! That we have no place to do this here anymore so you're hurting me when you're putting things down. I'd be right behind you with paper wrapping it up and saying I'll take it!

How sad am I that I knew what that butt plug thing was!! I’m an ex army nurse (in the late 1970’s) I won’t go into where I saw and in fact used some, but I was on geriatric training!! Love the dog, she is so cute! Nice finds, I remember my Mum putting the foot warmer, as you call it, or hot pig as we did, in my bed when I was little, I’m 60 now so that was a while ago! xAnnx

What a fascinating pass time. A trip into your History. One man's trash is another man's Treasure! When She said Portland, Maine, I just laughed because I live in Maine! hahaha

the caloric punch was a drink that was drunk from Finland to Belgium I actually have a taste test of this on my channel ''100 year old lemon punch'' it was like a lemonade syrup you had to add water but it was a good drink I'm sad they don't make it in my country anymore.

Hi! Can you tell me the history of the area that you’re finding all of your treasures? Is it an old rubbish site?
