That woman’s family is not just tired. They have assessed the costs of having her around and decided to NOT have her around any longer. They’ve cut their losses. That’s why she’s homeless in the first place. It’s one thing not to benefit anyone around you, but it’s much worse when you become a burden.
@KylePVincent5 ай бұрын
Yup. Family dumped her for any unknowing man to take care of her. Disgusting. Mental health is serious, and they never took care of that woman. As T said. Enabler
@smarti11444 ай бұрын
At some point, if you have a family member that is this disturbed and destructive who is 43 and you have your own children and health to take care of, where do you draw the line? They should have told him what it was the first time he called. Friends and family should have told him she was mentally unstable and capable of such behavior. They KNEW. That is where I fault them. But they are not responsible for her. They didn't want to be bothered and he should have taken that information in and moved accordingly. He should have called the police immediately and his lawyer right after and a witness. You can't talk to a crazy person expecting sanity. That's a word Tacarra spoke. She needs medical intervention. Neurotic episode in your place and you didn't want to call the police.

When I got back to work because I took time off because my situation was that bad, then when I got back to work my so called best friend tried to destroy my character with everyone I worked with and like Tacarra said, ppl believed her because she was the first one to tell it. I now have PTSD and anxiety behind all of this, and yes I lost my job behind this , yes it's deep. I can't even tell everything it's too much but I want to write a book about it, even though it's been a lil time now so I have gotten better with it, but it almost destroyed me, and that's exactly what they tried to do but YAH knows and sees all!

Sydney, thank you for telling your story. It was such a brave thing to show when you were at such a vulnerable point. You are a stand-up dude. Few would offer someone they are dating a place to stay, rent-free, without the expectation of monetary contribution. Let alone having someone there and a cleaner was coming. You were a blessing to someone who was so messed up that they weren't even grateful. I know right now it seems that the storm is still brewing, but I want you to know your blessing is coming. You go ahead and file that legal paperwork.

Syd, when you were saying the takeway for you for your ownership in that scenario was you were being disobedient to (god? or your friends, intuition ) for not listening to the signs and ending it earlier is tough! And it comes down to prioritizing your self love/worth committing to your boundaries and not compromising your self respect to be in a relationship. You can be a solid dude and not be a people pleaser. That is so hard and it takes training to move with faith versus fear. And one another validating symbol to recognize when your compromising self. There will never be peace. It will always be stressful and chaos. Blessing to you. I hope you continue to heal through such betrayal. This podcast is a good step to go about it. 🙏🏽
