Sifu Didier Beddar et les drôles de dames

Dans le cadre de l'élaboration du 29ème Festival Festival des Arts Martiaux de Paris-Bercy qui aura lieu le 15 février prochain, le metteur en scène, Stéphane Anière a fait appel à l'expertise de Didier Beddar. En effet, pour la première fois au Festival, un tableau va retracer l'histoire du Wing Chun Kung Fu, l'art martial popularisé par Bruce Lee et récemment le film "Grandmaster" de Wong Kar-wai.
Le Sifu reçoit donc la charmante équipe de Bercy au sein de son académie, rue des vignoles à Paris.
Hélène Tran et Pascale Bruderer, personnages importants d'une des scènes, ont l'honneur de recevoir l'enseignement du maître.
Karatebushido.com n'a pas hésité à se rendre sur place, pour capturer l'apprentissage martial donné par Didier Beddar.

Sifu Beddar is very talented and was trained by Grandmaster William Cheung, so he knows the full traditional system. You can see how seamlessly he flows from one technique to another, and how effective his techniques are. And he seems to have all the nice looking chicks in his class, too!

C'est pas pour ennuyer le monde, mais j'ai appris que la créatrice du Wing Chun était Ng Muy. C'est sa première élève qui s'appelait Yim Wing Chun, et dont Ng Muy se servit du nom pour nommer son art martial. Du coup, je me pose la question: est-ce une erreur de la part de la personne qui parle dans cette vidéo ou est-ce la version de l'histoire que mon sifu m'a apprise qui est erronée?

William Cheung 's Wing Chun style is quite different from GM Mr. Ip Man ' s system of Wing Chun. It is probably that Mr. William Cheung did not learn the full system of Ip ' s system or Mr. Cheung had changed the style based on his own understandings about Wing Chun.

Every grandmaster that taught wing chun have all slightly modified or added their own flavour to it. From William Chung, to this bloke, master Wong, Del Fischer to Rick Spain (my fav). MMA these days is practical yet lacks the beauty of the martial arts.

Maître Didier....En fait je cherche un maître depuis 5 ans mais malheureusement😑... Également j'apprend le wing Chun a travers les vidéos et je travaille très dure mais la conclusion que j'ai c'est que les astuces et le niveau avancé ne se relisent qu'avec un maître. Maître Didier je souhaite être ton disciple...

Do you know how you find someone who never practiced martial arts? Just look for an video about a match or some kind of martial arts and see the one who criticize everything. Bonus point for "It wouldn't be effective in a real fight" Count double with "This style is useless and fake" This is a chrography showcasing traditional style. Of course dancing in front of someone trying to rob you will get your ass kicked but maybe it'll put your brain back in place And when you'll be able to understand that it's not about the style of martial art but the one who practice it, maybe you'll make sense. Anyone who reached the peak of martial arts can kick ass no matter the style. So get out of your couch and go practice, maybe you'll learn the humility of martial artists on the way.

@@lebossdurapgame3179 D'abord la Lignée. William Cheung a prétendu être le "grandmaitre" du wing chun avant d'être désavoué par tous les autres pratiquants. Ensuite et c'est le plus important les pratiquants de wing chun n'ont aucune arène pour exprimer leur valeur. Il n'y a pas de compétition sinon intestine. Les lignées ne sont d'ailleurs pas d'accord sur les règles et donc souvent ne se rencontrent pas. Donc le seul moyen de comparer est par le "ressenti" influencé par le back-ground de chacun. DBeddar par exemple a la plus grande visibilité car il promeut son système depuis 20-25ans mais ca signifie pas qu'il est le meilleur. D'où mon commentaire.
