It is a hangover from the days of the old constitution whereby Parliament had "Government side" and "Opposition side". Most of majority side MPs still mistakenly think that they are "Government" side thus losing sight of their collective role to oversight the Executive.

Why are the charges in government hospital too high for wanjiku's children x-rays,lMRI,, mammogram. Why are the cancer patient paying too much for the above tests. Is God happy with you and Ruto. Its not fuel, its toll on Expressway that cost no more than ksh 1000 per day, basically there is an extra 300k on each senator’s card each month. And guess what I think happens, since each Senator cannot use all that money and also coz its in a gadget/card, someone somewhere pockets all that money since it was budgeted “corruption”
