I like your new setup, everything sounds just fine as a matter of fact I can hear you a little better than normal. That is a gorgeous 1911. I had a Delta Elite and two Wilson combat. 45's, but only have a Para-Ordnance p14 Limited now. It is very tight and very accurate 15 shot. Carry on brother

I really dig those! Some people change the grips, but I think they compliment the gun too well to change them. (BTW, the video came out great, and the audio seems better than before. I think you should keep it this way. Video has always been good, but audio is much improved now).

That’s a really nice gun. I’m about to purchase their 1911 STAND that has the Stars and Stripes 🇺🇸 on the slide. Never had a 1911 so I’m pretty excited for it. If I like my STAND one, maybe I’ll buy WE THE PEOPLE next. It’s a nice looking gun and I like that they made it look like it was worn out like it was actually a gun back in 1776

I did not like the feel of those grips when I was looking at them. Decided to go with the 5" Nightmare fastback. Then I had to have a .460 Rowland conversion. Sig 1911's sure are sweet for the money.

I hate those sheet metal spring followers also. Every one i own including colt factory ones won’t lock back the slide after only a few uses. Wilson combat followers and mags is the way to go. One piece follower that is always the same shape.

When I shot 1911's I always ran Wilson Combat 8 round stainless magazines with the bump pad. I also would buy the Wilson spring and Fowler kits for my other mags.

The slide looks original there is no Sig lines on it but it does have an external extractor (not a bad thing) I think it is a good looking gun I wouldn't change a thing with the exception of grips. Rosewood grips with the stars would look great if someone could make them.

I've got a Sig 1911 with Texas Star wood grips It ant the fancy engraved model it is black Nitron I love it the only issue is its got the Sig lines on the squared off slide, I like yours better with the traditional shape and the worn look.
