SIG SAUER MCX RATTLER unboxing continued

This is the continuation of the previous Unboxing and initial impressions review of the Sig Sauer MCX rattler. My video for unknown reasons cut off and then, by it self, started recordinv again SO i had to upload a seperate second part to finnish the unboxing review from PART 1.
For the most part, all the essential unboxing is done in PT.1 and this second part is mostly the accessories i have added as well as a little banter about the Rattler in general.

Correct, yes, I treat the iron sights as a back up to the red dot as opposed working in conjunction like how you would with an A frame front sight post on an M4. So they will be zeroed separately as well and by the time I'm using my iron sights I will have taken the red dot off

brother, if you hold the mag-well with your left hand, & grip with your right hand, then shake the weapon forward & back; does the weapon rattle between upper & lower halves? reason i ask, i hand my mitts on one & it did rattle. i figured it was a fluke, being a $2200 price tag.

Definitely no rattle, though unloaded you can hear the internals move ever so slightly but its not at all what could be described as a "rattling" sound, and once you have the magazine loaded theres no sound at all, though thats going to be because of the first round pushing against the bolt carrier group but yeah man theres no sound when you shake it, especially when compared too an average ar15 that can sound like a bunch of legos bouncing around a tin can

@@djdibble8493 oh whoa, yeah none what so ever! Thats kinda crazy you picked one up that rattles mine is a super tight seal. Maybe after like 5 thousand round fired itll rattle alittle but even then i dont expect any play betweem the upper and lower

My FFL missed my Rattler delivery today but am opportunistic that it will land tonight by pick up from UPS. I feel like a kid awaiting Santa Claus 🤣

You will fall in love instantly! I also suggest you take everything apart (including your entire bolt carrier group) and give it a healthy coat of CLP, and let it soak over night, then in the morning whipe off the excess and you will be ready for war my friend

Great vid bud. In regards to your request on good “ammo that works best”... I saw a video for a shooting bench rest where the guys used a rattler and the tightest groups were from Remington premium match 125 gr. Hope this helps.

What angled grip do you have there?

Its just a magpul afg. I believe its the gen 2? Theres 2 versions of the magpul afg, one has like lips that cup the heatshield and the other one is the strait forward afg. You'll know what i mean when you see it lol but yeah man, nothing fancy just magpul. I used a magpul afg in afghanistan so i definitely trust it with my life!
