Sig Sauer Oscar 3 review. Will it perform as advertised?

As a guy who hikes and hunts big game a lot in Idaho I will agree you need the spotting scopes. Honestly my pack is like 40-50lbs when I hunt with all my equipment and food.

I am looking for a new spotting scope, good timing with this review, I will continue to use my Vortex binos, but this spotting scope seems to fit the bill! Just looked on Sig website, it is on sale for $280.00!!

No, no rangefinder unfortunately. That would be a great addition!

Sig Sauer seem really bad for neglecting to include lens covers, and sunshades for their scopes.

I'm always a little hesitant when a company who specializes in a product (firearms) tries to break into another industry (optics). I'm still pretty happy with the product, it fits a need and the price was right and hopefully Sig continues to improve.
