Sight Fishing for Giant Black Drums - 4K

In this episode of BlacktipH, Josh joins Capt. Jamie Glasner to go sight fishing for giant black drums off the coast of Florida. We used a drone to find the school of black drum. There were hundreds of fish in this massive school. Josh completely destroyed his personal best black drum (previous was around 5lbs).

I'm not hating in any way. But my first black drum off the eastern shore was 78 lbs. I was 15 at the time. it took me 45 min to get him in. they, next to stripers, are my favorite fish to catch. awesome video.

Been a fan of Josh since the ole extreme coast forum days- the kid has been catching epic fish since he was like 12 or 13- not really sure but I don’t think he drove to the beach in those days! Amazing to see all his adventures and how he has used the drone to really get an overview of the whole environment on calm days. Not sure he pioneered the method but he was the first guy I ever saw do it and he continues to get epic footage. Keep slaying them BTH👍

My PB Black Drum is 62 lbs, caught it near some jetties by the ship channel. I thought I was stuck on rocks it was like an anchor. I mainly go after Redfish, Flounder, Speckled Trout. Every now and then I'll get after some Cobia, Kingfish, Crevalle Jack.
