My family use to fish for Sheepshead all the time in Boca Grande, FL off the old bridge. Sand Fleas are the way to go in my opinion.

Addictive Fishing Yep, We use to be able to go out at night during the tide change and catch 5 gallon buckets full of sand fleas and fish all day.
