The issue with the fight was, for starters, your team is very vulnerable to an Electric type Pokemon. Starting with sixth generation, they implemented the Fairy Type, which Mr.Mime gained. That makes Dark attacks only neutral and no supereffective anymore, while Mr.Mime can clap your Dark Type with Dazzling Gleam. Fairy types are weak to Poison and Steel, and are strong against Dark, Dragon and Fighting. I recommend getting a tanky Steel or a High Special Attack Fire type :D
