I waited for him so long and it worth it, the only thing i dont like its the fact that in some of his attacks he use random marine soldiers, i prefer a character shinning for itself without "help" like the attacks of buggy using his comrades to attack

I hope we get Onigashima versions of all the Strawhats who showcased new abilities, but that's asking quite a bit. By far the ones who would be most likely are Sanji with Ifrit Jambe and his weird body, Zoro with Enma, Conqueror's Haki and his new techniques, and Robin with her armament, Fishman Karate, and of course Demonio. It would also be nice to see the Tobi Roppo, the Headliners (since Jack is not actually playable), and maybe even Momonosuke. If they made up a moveset for base-game Shanks, they can make one up for Momo. Considering the Egghead arc has just started in the anime, it'd be nice to see them include Bonney as well, but since it will likely be a long time before most of her techniques get animated that seems rather unlikely to happen any time soon. It would be cool to see more of the Red Scabbards like Nekomamushi and Inuarashi as well. Maybe Scratchman Apoo and Basil Hawkins. There are certainly tons of options, is my point.

Coby is 16 at the start of the series and got a growth spurt after Enies Lobby Arc. He also got a 500.000.000 Bounty from Cross Guild. Normally Marine Captains only get 100.000.000. He really is doing great yes.

His growth rate is insane if you consider him to be at at Tobi Roppo or Yonko Commander level he only needs 2 or at least 1 more fight for a haki bloom to be a top tier. Luffy trained basic haki for 2 years and unlocked Advanced Observation, Armament and Conquerors over a month in the New world.

He absolutely didn't deserve a slot because they would've had to make up a moveset for him, like they did for Shanks, who, hot take. didn't deserve to be in the series before 4 because he didn't have any fights either.
