They tell you the payment on each job opening and they will pay you through Payoneer or local bank

But would you make it clear the contradicting idea that you said, "The client may contact or interview you via Telegram or zoom" vs "Communicating and agreeing out of Upwork platform may ban or block the account". So, through which method should we communicate with client to reach agreement about the project tasks? Thank once again.

The only way to communicate with the clients regarding the project you are working on using the Upwork platform it's fine but once you complete the project and if you ask for more projects using the information you already have that will be crossing their violation so it is OK to discuss the project that you take from the platform, but it is not OK to ask for another work without using the platform. I hope this makes it clear.
