Kerala state is in the South India 🇮🇳 very beautiful. The classical Indian dance is called Mohiniattam. The other eye movement dance is called KATHAKALI. Which literally means Katha is story and kali means play. So it roughly comes down to meaning the story of the gods portrayed through this dance where eye movements are very vital in expressing the story. The backwaters of kerala are so beautiful and the houseboats are hired by tourists to stay in the houseboats. Lots of foreigners visit kerala. It's exactly like in the Philippines 🇵🇭 coz it's also a Coastal state in Arabian sea with so many beaches and backwaters. The people eat in banana leaves on some auspicious occasions not everyday. People of Kerala also eat Isda fish 🐠 everyday like in the Philippines 🇵🇭. Some of the beautiful Churches, Mosques and Hindu Temples from time immemorial are there. The Headquarters of Indian Navy is also in The Naval Base which the Southern Naval Command in the beautiful Kochi City. INDIA'S largest shopping mall like you have the mall of Asia like that in Kochi there is LULU MALL. Those 🐗 boat race you saw are called Snake boats and every year there is a race for which lots of tourists and locals gather there to watch that. There are many more great places to see in kerala. The munnar tea estates and gardens are like heaven on earth.

Yes you are right there are many rivers in India, and in Kerala there are 44 rivers 😊. And also Elephant is the heritage animal of India and it's play an important role in kerala temple festivals. Onam, the cultural festival of kerala celebrated by people of all religions in unity especially on Onam days we eat in Banana leaf, it's called 'SADHYA'. Onam is celebrated mostly during the month of August and September but it's unfortunate that it's not celebrated due to security concerns of Covid - 19.That's sad but safety is important.
