అసలు పార్లమెంట్ కు వెళ్లే ఎంపీలు చదువుకున్న వారు అయి ఉండాలి, ఇంగ్లీష్ లేదా హిందీ ఖచ్చితంగా రావాలి. అప్పుడే తన నియోజకవర్గ మరియు రాష్ట్ర సమస్యల్ని, లోక్ సభలో , బాగా ప్రెజెంట్ చేయగలుగుతారు. వైసీపీ బాపట్ల ఎంపీ తీసుకోండి, అయన చదివింది 8, ఇంగ్లీష్ లేదా హిందీ ఏదీ సరిగా రాదు. సంవత్సరంలో ఒక సారి, ఒక పేపర్ మీద రాసేసి చదివేసి, మమ అనిపించేస్తాడు. అలాంటివాళ్లు అసెంబ్లీ కి అయితే ఓకే, కానీ పార్లమెంట్ కు ఎలా పంపిస్తున్నారు?

కరెక్ట్‌గా చెప్పారు. ఒక ఇంటి యజమాని సంపాదించి కుటుంబాన్ని బాగుచేసి, దానధర్మాలు చేస్తే సంతోషమే. కాని అప్పులు చేసి ఎన్నిచేసినా కుటుంబసభ్యులే వ్యతిరేకిస్తారు. కారణం ఎప్పటికైనా రోడ్డుమీద నిలబడాలని, అప్పుల భారం భరించాల్సివస్తుందని. అదే పాలసీ అప్పులమీద నెట్టుకొస్తున్న రాష్ట్రప్రజలకు కూడా వర్తిస్తుంది. రేపు అప్పులు పుట్టనిరోజు ఈ పధకాలు నిలిపేస్తే? ఇది గ్రహించని నాడు ఐదు సంవత్సరాలపాటు ఆ భారాన్ని భరించే శక్తి ప్రజలకుందా...
