This guy seems to very lucky fellow, just by seeing his facial expressions, way of talking clearly showing that not at all eligible to get 5th rank, he even didn't cleared CSE prelims, CDS group discussion, It's clear that he will not try anymore for UPSC CSE exam once again, he himself feeling very lucky to get qualified in group 1.

​@@gayathri33135yes, really shocked that Ex DGP & present APPSC chairman Gautam sawang and his board members selected him for Dy. Collector post I guess might be political involvement as his father is sarpanch otherwise he is totally lucky one to get this dy.collector post Nowadays in most state PSCs political involvement, recommendations, bribing happening in selction process especially in interview stage, we r seeing this type of candidates 1 to 10% In civil services exam, no such political involvement, recommendations, bribing, but here also we can see 1% to 2% this type candidates selection happening may be because of reservations or on the basis of purely luck But we can't expect from most honest and sincere IPS officer Gautam sawang sir who selected in CSE purely on merit basis only and his board members selected this type of candidates for prestigious dy. @@myself778 iam not not saying to treat him like super human, what iam saying is to just acknowledge his efforts. How can you say that just because his father is sarpanch got his job, any proofs? Even I don't even have any proof that he studied well I am not commenting on his skills. It seems that you never been in this journey by your words.
