6,9 på sekstimeter er vel ikke dårlig? Jeg løp 7,2 på Madla på rekrutten - på asfalten foran sykestuen. Sekstimeter er overkommelig. Du må bare puste riktig, løfte knærne godt, og koordinere arm og fotbevegelser riktig, så er du i mål før du rekker å bli sliten. Legg til 40 eller 140 meter, så blir det verre, og vanskeligere.
