This is a great way of explaining, it's general enough that I could start using it in the museum where I work!

Thank you so much, I’ve been trying to learn from this god awful book and dvd for weeks and you’re finally having it make sense instead of me guessing!

This was very helpful! I work in a mall and there is a regular who asks for directions and I'd like to start signing to him rather then using the app :)

I’m just learning. Why do you sign know at your cheak and not side of forehead?
@SignWithCourtney2 жыл бұрын
Excellent question! So KNOW is on the head but many people will not lift their arm all the way to their head and will sign it “lazy” (though it’s not negative or because they’re lazy so idk why it’s called that). Many signs are also adapted to be signed lower and on the cheek because of glasses. Many signs will send your glasses flying off so often they’re adapted.

@@SignWithCourtney Thank you. I learn a lot on your vlog. I'm currently taking ASL 100 and I'm struggling on ASL writing

Struggling with translating ASL and English? I have different videos where I translate songs. Look for my Shine Bright Baby ASL translation video as a start.
