For me relationships and choices, codependency and childhood trauma and even things like smoking, really kept me in a negative state of mind. Thank you Elemi ✨🙏🏽✨ I've been traveling to Bolivia for the past 2 years (I live in NY) caring for my elderly mom who's been contending with cirrhosis, stage 3. At first I thought that she was really depressed because her life changed drastically when she got sick. But after this video, I do believe that she's been dealing with a lot more than her illness. I make sure that I shield myself w/a double faja, color red. I rub a salve made of rue, rosemary & molle (indigenous plant for protection) around my belly button & place a black tourmaline crystal in my belly button. before I leave my bedroom, that has rue, rosemary & bay leaf branches in all 4 corners. The caretaker has even told me that the energy shifts when I'm living there, lighter & more dense upon my departure. The caretaker has also mentioned that she hears duendes roam around the house when I'm not there. My mom doesn't want any spiritual work done on her. I do get her out to the yard, but I've noticed that the fruit trees have suffered as well since she's been sick. This yr they actually didn't grow leaves (we're entering spring in the southern hemisphere) before the flowers started. Crazy stuff going on here. Thank you for this video ✨🙏🏽✨

Most people don't realize that I never recovered from homelessness, my car has some issues and I've run out of income and employment has been a challenge as a result. Some small changes but not a full recovery. This is not like me. I just recently did an uncrossing I'm looking forward to the results. I'd like to do more spiritual baths but my circumstance is a bit challenging.

I'm taking pause to wonder if my brother is spiritually sick. He appears physically okay, but is waaaay left mentally. In 2016, he had a psyche fracture, to now claiming himself a Hebrew Israelite. He shows signs of unraveling in spiritual shops [botanicas] & rushes out of them, like he crossed some kind of barrier that's shaking something in or on him. All this said, it definitely seems like he's spiritually unwell.

Could a sudden onset back pain that is muscular related and no way cardiac that just will not go away with rest or therapy be an attack? I've always had the 3AM sleep issues for years. But now I have a pain in my back not related to any injury or accident just got up and had pain? Nothing seems to relieve it. It's just this nagging pain.
