A man and I were starting a long distance relationship, and all of a sudden, he has ghosted me. I am not sure why, perhaps he misinterpreted a text I sent him. Wishful thinking.... unfortunately, we were together for 1 year, and another 8 months in LDR and she broke up with me in Christmas and have been blocked everywhere for two months. Yes I can't sleep, i wake up every night and think of her every waking moment. I doubt she thinks of me at all, probably she moved on anyway.

Excellent! Thank you. Much of what you cover here is the quiet stuff I keep to myself. I have known many GFs some of them narcissists but one textbook example of a narc stands out. It has been suggested total silence is the only way to deal with them and for 38 years this has been so. However recently she started visiting me in my dreams sleeping and waking. I should point out IMHO while she and I may have a trauma bond we were never that great in bed. The dreams I experience bare her fingerprints. She was always a tease and still is. I've been warned that she would be back and while it could easily all be in my mind I still found a way to stop it. My imagination works really well and I know she never likes to use her mouth so ... ( my great big imagination ) The dreams disappeared immediately.

I want to believe this, *but* surely if someone has infatuation for someone else then they enter the thoughts even when one is doing something else? What you're saying here implies that if one person is infatuated with one person, the other person is also infatuated. I'm playing Devil's advocate to some extent here. I am cynical, because cynicism is a form of protection. Nobody in your comments has expressed this. There is someone wh pops into my head quite often - I see this person at least once a month and sometimes a couple of times in a week. I have become somewhat infatuated I suppose, but I am surprised at the intensity and it fits what you describe. A few months ago I was happily plodding along without any of this, but I had not established what you might call a connection back then, or even met this person. My inner cynic says NO, it's just deusional thinking. The person enters my head, and the rest is imagination and delusion, she thinks of me too. It would be wonderful if it were so, but this is real 6th sense stuff. IDK, I don't think I believe. But I did watch the whole video and I did hear you out.
