There are moments, I ask myself why can't I be like what I was with so much to give, happy and life was a pleasure. Over the last two years it's been pushing shit uphill for much of the day. Was trying to figure out today why on earth I let a certain government system, that's is supposed to be supporting me - hahaha - stress me out so much. Old wounds of feeling not listened to not believed...feeding into guilt/frustration over not being well....I know I'm going to come back stronger from this relapse and I am positive (although still slight fears unfortunately!) That I will be successful in my future ideas for income (that I love)...also can I actually say (politely!) To them 'stuff you' and end my claim as it just causes so much stress how helpful is it really (although stubborn part of me doesn't want to give in as I know that's what they want - to break people down and get them off their books)....trusting in the universe to support me (I know my parents are willing to help) until I get back on my feet?? I believe...I am worthy of that happy life I catch glimpses of....thank you for reminding me, reassuring me, and supporting me in my journey....gonna use your quote - one love my friend(s) 💖🌟🕯💚
