Maybe you have low blood pressure. I have it and so did my mom. We have to sometimes drink black salt in slightly hot lemon water just to get a boost of energy and I have to eat high energy foods just to function. I also avoid coffee or any food that may cause me headaches as I have over time recognised the things that cause my headaches and many other problems. My body is always cold and I have to always eat at certain times and a certain amount just to keep my body from getting cold. I also stopped eating after 4 or 5 otherwise I get nightmares. So please see if its the food you eat and your lifestyle coz that can impact your health and mind drastically.

@@friendlyenemy4654 depends, some people get triggered by salty foods if they have high bp. I have seen my husbands hands visibly shake coz of high bp and my dad used to get migranes coz of high bp. Reducing salt intake is the only option in that situation. I have seen myself get affected visibly due to low bp where coffee can make my head hurt not tea but coffee. Ice creams cause headaches for me as well and a bad sleep cycle also makes things worse. Women need uninterrupted sleep and 8 to10 hrs of sleep is a must for us. Sleeping at the right times is also necessary, ppl who sleep too late also are more prone to headaches because your sleep quality does reduce due to the noises that will cause issues in your sleep. Stress is also a factor to cause headaches. As for being lathargic we live in a strange time where nothing is in its pure form and there was never a time in history when gluten was a problem until today. Any breads with gluten can make you feel lathargic, even over eating is one cause. Dairy can make some ppl sick too. You have to test for yourself what suits you and what doesn't coz you know your body better.

Sahih Muslim 2188 Ibn 'Abbas reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: The influence of an evil eye is a fact; if anything would precede the destiny it would be the influence of an evil eye, and when you are asked to take bath (as a cure) from the influence of an evil eye, you should take bath.

In my search for cure vs sihr I was and still am afflicted with, i read of many legitimate islamic ways that worked out in variuss cases. For evil eye i came accross reports it was easy to get cured. If a petson who did it is known, he or she must take ablution and water coming off him or her should be spilled from tge top of tbe head down the spine of a person who is afflicted. If a person who xid it is not known, that ruqyah shariah for that particular pufpose should be done but many have said that it can not be done in a form of self ruqyah but must be done by someone else. As mentioned in the video, various things such as rings necklacess or similar objects must be avoided because it us tge way of doing shirk. There are duas for protection, as well as two last surahs Falaq and Nas. There are ways in which the Pfophet saws was reciting those two for protection from all kinds of evil. Sihr is much worse to treat and get cured off. Sonetimes a person never gets cured of sihr. I tried, perhaps not strong enough, but nothing worked like my own duas i recited. Dhikr too helped and in oarticular the dhikr in which Allah svt is mentioned with His most glofified names and attributes such as laa hawle wa laa kuvvete illa billah. Sihr is one of the hardest trials, but not necessarily the hardest and only Allah svt knows best if it persists long time or never gets cured. Stay out of haram and all major sins and seek forgiveness and help from Allah svt for every problem.
