The order of those things is irrelevant I would hope you would add that to be more accurate. All of those things are a sign you are becoming more conscious but there is absolutely no order in which they occur. Also energy is a huge factor you left out. I just lost my Mom on the 12th September 2023. I lived with her for 18yrs, the last 2.5 yrs she hardly went outside. She went into atrial fibrillation for 6 days, her heart rate was 140bpm from the 6th September till she passed. I haven’t cried at all…but in that time I have been micro grieving every day. I understand yr language, but you didn't loose her. She is still very alive. More alive factually than she ever was in her body. What you temporarily lost however is yr natural way to experience her presence in her body triggering the 5 senses of your own to be aware of "her" That way of contact is gone. But you never loved her because of her body. The body ages. looses its youth and beauty and deteriorates in the end in sickness and death. You love the one she really is unrelated to and in spite of whatever age her body has become because yr mother never was her body. Like you will never be your body as well. We need bodies in the earthly realm to make contact with each other to know the one beyond it. She will be there when it is yr time to come home

I am thankful to have experienced this video. The narrator's voice is extremely soothing. All of the things mentioned resonated with me. @@BandWagonWS Thanks for your response. Means a lot. What helped me change my mindset was figuring out to do whatever i need to feel good and healthy. Good sleep exercise etc... The way I feel has way more impact on the way I think and what goes on around me than the other way around. Drinking is not a long term solution but just for example, when I drink alcohol, everything seems better in an instant but nothing in my life changed, the way that i feel did.

I only made it worse by unknowingly ending up putting pressure on them also after being so hard on myself which only made things worse. I was trying to adapt to them too much not realizing they were also trying to adapt to me. It's kind of funny because it was so useless and all I had to do was try to be myself

I advise always listening to the 'Inner Voice' - what Socrates and the Platonists called the daimonion. It never leads us astray. I had to pick up my wife from work. The 'Inner Voice' kept telling me not to leave the house yet - to wait a few minutes before heading out. I ignored it. The speed limit on that road is 50 mph, so I turned on the signal and started slowing down well in advance. But as I turned into the parking lot of her work, the truck behind me was not paying attention because he was on his phone. Once he looked up and noticed me, he slammed his brakes. But his brakes locked up. He then went down into the ditch to avoid hitting me. Our two daughters were in the backseat, so I do not like to ponder too long on what would have happened to them. If I had waited a few minutes to leave the house, I would have avoided the truck altogether. But I brushed it off and almost paid the ultimate price.

Ive had strong intuition my whole life....i always felt i can predict small futures.. Not lottery numbers. But instances of behaviors within society. I believe from the childhood trauma that was created in my earliest stages of life. I have been through all the signs listed here. But you wont experience them unless you journey past them and evolve along the way. I wasnt able to grow until I seperated myself. And it was soooo hard and the strong emotional feelings that come after that are a bit overwhelming. I almost gave up on life..... The higher self, despite it's power, is deaf and blind. It requires us, the physical manifestation to experience and grow and to resonate with it. Merge our physical with our spiritual, allowing it's eyes to open on the higher plane and allows us to elevate to higher spheres of reality

If this would be true, billions of lives would be a happy one here on Earth. Don’t get me wrong, I meditate and even healed myself with Dr. Joe Disoenza’s work and meditations. However I found meditation brings only inner peace but never guidance. It doesn't help to avoid adversities and hardships. You are responsible for your own journey and your higher self is nothing but a passive observer while you are doing the work. The choice is always yours to make. Sure, intuition may “tell” you things, repeating numbers days in and days out for years for no particular reason. You may even meet people in times of need who assist you (or hinder you) and you are doing the same things to them too. But in the grand scheme of things you walk your life alone either in partnership or single.

Deep meditation practice allows you to communicate with your spirit guides. You always have the freedom to choose your path but you don’t walk it alone ❤

@@cobysteginga8519 I have experienced the benefits of deep meditation. When I was young, I had a bad experience since I kept spirit guides and angels out of my life. At least on a conscious level. As Dolores Cannon said “we’re living in a convoluted universe” so we can’t know who is who. Be careful out there.

Deep meditation can offer guidance if you’re able to allow it. Every answer is within you. Removing identification from yourself/surrendering your ego and learning to not only observe as your higher self, but to perceive, act and react as your higher self is the true goal. Adversity is not a negative thing, suffering is so important for our growth. I remember going through physical growing pains as a kid and sometimes it got so uncomfortable - but it was obviously necessary for my physical development, which completely embodies the spiritual plane in this life. ♥️🖖🏻

Only the positive, uplifting, thoughts are true/ Christ like thoughts. Who tell you how wonderful, loved and abundant you are. The negative thoughts, guilt, shame abandonment thoughts, not good enough thoughts are not true/ satan ...Choose wisley which to believe and follow. ❤

Talk to your future and last selves That's what therapy really is Consciousness happens to us all but the ones who talk to their future and past selves experience it differently. and for many it's preferable I find a lot of people who avoid memories of their past or fears of their future. It always makes me scrunch my face and try to fathom such a mentality. It's not necessarily judgment of them just me forgetting it's possible for others to not confront their past so head on that it's not painful to recall My past..it's grim I have a lot of bad memories But I don't mind when I think of them I think of bad memories often and I don't view them as something to avoid There's never a time where I find a memory and think of that's too painful None of them are really more painful than another...my whole past was pretty brutal. Very few times have I had actual safety and even fewer have I had actual security I always had a lot of faith in myself though And I really think the reason my memories don't hurt to go back to is because of how proud of myself I am I really am proud of myself I held out my hope for humanity for longer than I should I'm still resolving my relationship with humanity in that aspect ...but I am proud of you all too. I'm proud of us Because I really couldn't have done it alone Talking to yourself, in whatever time, only gets you so far. Thanks for anyone who supported me or empowered me It was very needed Thank you to anyone who saw me be exceptionally needy and didn't think to try and take advantage of me Thank you to the ones who did too The ones who listened to me when I told you it was taking advantage of me If you've ever let me teach you, at all Thank you my past present and future selves are all very grateful for you and proud of you too, wherever you are in your journey.
