Ok. But what does "new earth" mean outside the symbolism? I can't take this literally because the matrix itself is not literal but refers to society. Unless I'm wrong here. If "new earth" is just choosing to live life outside the "city" and outside "society". How is that practically done without ending up penniless and homeless? That is rhetorical, I know its a catch 22. This one just feels like a call to deliberately ignore society and news. Im all for that, however, that doesn't mean society will ignore you. And unless you are literally referring to an actual separate planet light years away from Earth, there is zero practical way to actually be somewhere where society can't reach you. And if you are still in societies reach, you are not free FROM IT. If you are not free from society, how have you escaped the matrix at all? Any response along the lines of "this refers to a change in perception" will be ignored. If this video refers to perception, why use literal language? I mean, specifically, there is no "where" on Earth that is actually "unknown" anymore. No "where" remote enough to actually know positively that no other human can find you. The fact we have actual queues going up everest is a testament to this. What I think is a possibility is what Richard Bucke wrote about in the introduction to his book on cosmic consciousness, a new faculty, one which renders the old way of doing things impossible. Even if only a subset of the population experience it, it would be enough.. because regular people will be absolutely enchanted by all these people suddenly having a seemingly miraculous mental ability. It would gradually collapse the old order as regular people simply abandon the old system - there would be no one left to enforce, prosecute, or kill, on orders of people in high places.

@@Existenza.x my perspective is that in order to have a "successful" life one must continue to have desires and seek to fulfill them. But what does one do when they have no more desires? When everything feels like a chore. When opening one's eyes each morning feels like a curse. Personally I prefer deep dreamless sleep to basically everything in human life. I have no interest in experiencing more. I'm out of desires. I could care less about humanity and their problems or achievements.i could care less about their history or their future. I have no interests in their ridiculous cultures and societies. I have separated from them. I have nothing to do here, nothing to talk about, no aspirations, no curiosity. I am already dead yet I must still attend to this pathetic physical body with all of it's bullshit needs

Perhaps the more profound question is what ignites desires in the first place? What brings meaning, even if fleeting, in the face of apathy? I don't have answers, only fellow human searching. But have you considered that disinterest itself might be a desire? A yearning for something beyond the conventional, something this world can't offer. Perhaps the path isn't about forcing new pursuits, but exploring this very disinterest. What does it whisper about your values, your needs?
