Yes, the sadness hits like a shit ton of bricks. The heart ache is very real, and I find myself saying "I miss you" out of nowhere at random times too. I don’t know why, but every time I try to focus on work she just pops into my mind. I was almost let her go 6 months ago, but she again came to my mind in November. I love her, I just miss her like crazy, and without her physical presence in this 3D world gives me tears sometimes, then I start playing guitar and try to distract myself from her. IV been feeling this every day, for almost 2 years now. The 1 thing that truly resonated with me was the synchronicities. While we were together, she saw them and I was oblivious to them. But since some time last summer ( of 2022) I started picking up on them out of no where, but today.. omg.. today they are EVERYWHERE, what's worse is somehow.. which is new to me I didn't hear infinity mention it.. but I see her face, in other people. I see her hair in other people just main attributes of hers I see in others. It happens so much so that I'm constantly doing double takes because by the off chance it is her I dont wanna miss it but, it comes out of nowhere. I'll be at the park or with friends out and about, maybe stepped outside for a cig, doesn't matter where or when but it happens most when I'm not thinking about her. Her shape, her hair, her style as as in clothes she wears I see her everywhere everyday now and the synchronicities are just non stop omg... I still have that hole in my heart. Incomplete. Like somethings missing somethings not right. I never feel at home anywhere. As in typing this I'm getting the heart aches which.. *sigh* getting on my nerves. It legitimately hurts.. idk what drew me to this reading because it's 2 years old at the time that I watched it, and idk what drew me to tell my experiences as I'm usually reserved. I don't really like speaking on it because, no joke, NO ONE understands. Period. All I get is generic responses or that I'm fucking up because blah blah blah.. idc. They don't know. So I stay quiet.. but I did say it's almost been 2 years and it's not getting any easier. Never expected it to. No expectations. Grateful that I am on her mind and vice versa.. I don't ever want to forget her.. what she taught me.. the love I still have and feel very deeply.. I appreciate the fact that somehow someway we do communicate every so often.. In my opinion I think it's more intense more so now than it has ever been is because she's finally going thru the dark night... And how I wish so badly to be there to hold her and guide her thru it, I fight it because I went thru it myself and it's the only way you learn anything, see anything, surrender anything overcome what have you, you HAVE to be alone, no distractions just you, and your shadow.. IV merged with mine as the shadow is thy true self. I am the shadow. Not a negative, just an understanding that there is no separation. We are 1 and to deny and consider it to be, it feeds the idea that its negative. I despise myself for choosing this path, but then I open my eyes and the sun burns because it's so bright and it reminds me that it's for a reason.. and because I chose it, I do for a reason. I am so overwhelmed by this. At very random times of the day I start crying, but the pain is sooooooo deep that I literally cannot function. And I don't know where it's coming from. Cos I'll be busy cleaning or cooking or just doing random things then it happens. I have this constant inexplicable feeling in the pit of my stomach that I don't know what to make of. Sometimes i just start feeling panicked for no reason. I have these really intense dreams about him and in one of these very vivid dreams he's holding me so tightly and even though I'm so happy I can feel his sadness and he's actually begging me not to let go. Telling me to hold onto him. He's saying in the dream, baby I'm so sorry for all the hurt, please don't let me go. Then I had another vivid dream where he's trying to call me but there is interference in the signal and he comes through eventually only to tell me that he loves me and then the call ends. These dreams are becoming more and more and more real. I feel like I'm possessed by him. I've been praying and trying to let him go. And I even asked God to just let me be free, then I had a dream of us getting married that was so real, and in the dream he even tells me where we are, but I've never heard of this place before. Last night I dreamt that he emailed me, I dreamt I was going through my emails and then I see an email from him, but just as I'm about to open it I go into another scene where I'm taking his hand. He's very hairy so I know its him as he's reaching out his arm to me. And I'm puttinga ring on his finger after I've been to a few jewelry stores. This is so overwhelming. I truly just want to go on living my normal life. I've set him free, but nothing helps. This thing between us feels like it's just getting stronger and stronger. What do I do?

Last time I saw him, he left early for work and I went back to sleep. I had a dream, it was so realistic almost like sleep paralysis (that I’ve had a lot) but in this dream/vision he came back, gently woke me up by staring at me and told me “I love you”. I think that started my freak out, the doubts, not comprehending what was happening. Before, I’ve even told my mom that it’s like “I never have to ever hear him say those words. I feel it. I just “know”, I can’t explain it!” But it’s like that dream scared my ego so badly, blinding me to alll of what I just knew and the fear I’d never hear those words from him allowed the floodgates to bust open filling me with doubt that hurt so much, I hurt him.

Every now and then I have these horrible pits of despair regarding him. I just had one yesterday. I know I triggered it because I felt strongly urged to send him a very loving and heart felt message and about an hour later, I get heart palpitations (these are connected to my twin), and I'm just baling for hours and I feel like I can't stop it so I don't even try, but then I felt better and started getting more heart palpitations. I once found a video explaining why I cannot stop thinking of her. There I learned about twin flames for the first time. It was a Sunday evening. I went to bed to meditate on the concept. As soon as I laid, I felt my heart very warm and “saw” it in red and green light, emitting a tiny silver beam to the East, to her country. I did not understand what happened because the only silver cord I had known of is that which connects soul and body, a bit lower. Months later I had the opportunity to share this experience with a spiritually advanced senior who informed me this is a different silver cord and that she is my twin flame. I've felt all this. I'm learning that not all what i thought was my intuition was my ego in moments trying (successfully) to doubt it all in every way and make me feel crazy. I've shared alot of my experiences on your videos. I'm very grateful for all of them to help learn and keep growing from this! I really feel stuck sometimes and didn’t realize it could be Zack. I’m having a really hard time with separation from my twin flame. This is exactly what happens to me. I have been saying my heart aches for him. I have been sensing our telepathic connection. During Xmas time it was hard to focus on enjoying the holiday because I was so intensely sad and it kept growing out of know where and I would cry. I would talk to him and tell him I love you and I miss. you. I told him before our separation that I would talk to him when we were apart on a spiritual level when there was no way to communicate. So that makes me feel like maybe he’s listening. I need to feel as though there is hope in order to be ok and go about my life. Even though the odds are completely against any type of communication or reunion. He is married now with two kids. He was caught cheating with me. I was absolutely devastated. I had no idea sense he was working out of town and we both have busy lives with work. I broke up with him for six months in the beginning. That’s probably when the other relationship started. I want him ti be with me but I also want him to be with his family. I’m torn and I know he feels the same. He had a previous marriage and kids where both parents lost custody. I know he loves his children and has always wanted ti be there to raise them as a family. This is like a second chance. I can’t compete with a man’s love for his children. Or take him away from that. I told him that’s what I love most about him. The fact that he sacrifices and works so hard for his kids just like me. I’m so sad everyday now. I have to keep hope alive or else I have a weird sensation of overwhelming sadness and tears and feel a hard time breathing. So I hold on to hope. It doesn’t help that our age gap is 19 years apart too. I’m almost 50 and he’s 31. 🥺🥰❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Oh boy what did I get into. Thank goodness I am so much stronger than 5 years ago. Im unpacking and playing love songs, getting in tune with myself and taking care of me, but they are always in the back of my mind. I just flew back home and it was so sad to hug them goodbye. He squeezed me so tight. Now it all feels like a dream, almost too good to be true.

I don't know why but if I can see my twin's picture or see his face in my head, my heart thumps hard. I straight up cannot lie to him at all even if I tried my mouth won't let me do it. I can be sleep and he can send something on social media and I can wake up with no notification alert. I just know he sent something.

When I lived near my man, several times I would just get up and look out of my window,once it was through about 2 inch gap in my bedroom curtain and there he was walking past,I lived in a 2nd floor flat, another time I looked out of Juliette balcony doors and he was running across the road right outside, another time I felt freezing so I stood up on a stool by my radiator,I had a small window above it so I was looking out of it and there he was every night I hold my own hand and I squeeze one hand with the other I know that's him,the last time I spoke to him he held my hand,and now he's getting teary because my eyes are,our bond is so strong,I look at his pictures alot, sometimes I can't stop looking at him,so it's very interesting to hear it's because he is missing me, although he did leave me a voicemail msg saying he was sorry he missed me😢

There were days I felt so sad with deep longing and feeling homesick to the place I felt I truly belong but not so sure if its truly exist. Somehow on those same days it will fade. I sometimes joking in my mind telling myself my twin is in agony and missing me. With the feeling of heartache lift am telling myself that oh' he misses me then went on his life again, doing what he's doing. He's been communicating w/ me in 5D. I hope we meet in 3D and end up together. To my twin, I think I'm missing you too for so many lives.

As I'm listening this audio second time a miracle happened my counterpart met accidently after an almost a year of separation. This was a fated meeting we talked and I took her number which she gave me without any complaint, and after getting my pain was lessened .... I had no contact during this separation and felt the same emotions as told by u. Thank you....

This popped into my suggestions after listening today's video 😄 And while listening he was getting so crumpy! And HE IS REALLY WANTING TO MAKE PHONECALL TO ME! And because he can't, he is crumpy. He is even hoping that I would make the phone call to him. He is crumpy because he does not know what is going on with me and he really really wants to know! 🤣 He wants to call so much! 😅 I have no intentions to call him. This time it is his turn. We are thousands of miles apart in the 3D. In the 5D we are inseparable. We have a very passionate relationship with each other. I woke up feeling very emotional, and sad. I felt like he abandoned me. I felt like he stopped caring about me. His silence feels like a deliberate disconnect. I know these feelings didn't stem from an event on my end. I just woke up feeling very sad. This must be his emotions.

Yes so true, you have said the signs which we can realize only when our intuition grows. One of the incident i would like to share is, on one day when i woke in morning, i had an intense pull towards my twin flame and i was missing him so much and i could not control this missing energy at all. At that time i was balanced and i was not missing him so much from my side but this missing energy was so intense that i could not control it.
