The number of eggs should be broken every time it casts dosage (usually the closest eggs from the expanding black blood pool). There are always 11 eggs at 3 corners.

In HC 4 people get marked with circlles (experimental dosage) and they break eggs by standing on them. There is a total of 11 egs per section, so doing 4-4-3 means breaking 4 eggs then 4 eggs then 3 eggs, while 3-4-4 means breaking 3 eggs first. The reason they break 3 eggs first is because you use CDs on pull and on the first break you won't have CD up to nuke add, so breaking 3 seems optimal at this stage of gear we have!
