I saw sputnik when they first played up north at Leeds Adam and eves they blew the p.a up after three songs great gig...followed them at Sheffield Newcastle Nottingham London I loved there passion for what they where doing...we were spoilt back then and didn't even know it bands like zodiac mindwarp,jamc,sisters of mercy....happy days:-)

I always used to hang around for ages after the shows - Astoria: Queen came down from the balcony. Next single Breakthru. Funny that eh?

Que privilégio o seu.Ouvi Zig zig Sputnik quando tinha uns 9 ou 10 anos pela primeira vez. Só agora conheci o rosto deles,se vi algum dia não lembrava mais,nos anos 80 não tinha redes sociais,geralmente conhecíamos a voz.Martin Degville aihda canta muito,fez muito sucesso é uma banda punk muito louca rsrsrsr.

The first song is called Sci-fi Lover...was only released on the album Flaunt it (2012 Release as bonus track)... By the way: i have seen them here in Berli with 300 guests in the club K17...after the concert they went into the intigrated disco andt they made party with all the bunch there...i had a great eveing with the band...thanks to them...;-)

You're still missing out!! The original band was so much better! Martin on vocals here is an original SSS member but without Tony & Neal it's just not the same (and if you go way back to when they first started there's 3 more members missing total of 6 originally)

I wish the original members would do a show together- i saw the band perform in 2003 right after Martin Degville quit- Neal X &Tony James did just fine without him so evidently they can do the songs separately but its so much better when its all the original members together! And i prefer Martin's vocals
