Sigur Ros is magic. Jonsi's voice is magic. It's all magic. If you disagree, watch it again.
@ryancitrin52193 жыл бұрын
This guys voice was like a freak strike of lightning. The amount of range he has is something even Chris Cornell or Robert Plant couldn’t get to and they were AMAZING singers. Jonsi is most certainly a gifted person ☮️✌️💕

I can't leave without Sigur ros, They makes me happy all day all time. Jonsi is the one of the best singer in the world. If earth, nature, paradise have voice that will be Sigur ros

Set list as follows... 00:00 Yfirborð 05:07 Brennisteinn 12:50 Glósóli 18:55 Sæglópur 26:50 Isjaki 32:10 Hrafntinna 38:48 Varúð 45:40 Hoppípolla 49:50 Með Blóðnasir 51:40 Kveikur 56:50 Festival 1:04:10 Popplagið
You're most thanked for this list. When you don't know exactly what they are doing, all Sigur Ròs stuff feels like it will fade immediately and you'll be left wondering what that magic you heard was. Having titles makes it feel more terrain and reachable.

I saw them in march at wolverhampton, and again in november in nottingham, both times i was blown away by the sheer force of their sound, i mean, how can just a few musicians make such a big, powerful sound? Not to mention the visual effects, the curtain dropping during the 3rd song, the blinding flashing lights, and 1000s of faces swaying gently all wide eyed, its so magical, an unforgettable experience, Sigur Ros are sublime live, a real treat, and the fans are always amazing too!xxx

Aaron Hansen I was there. It was a great concert. It was the best gig of the first edition of the Best Kept Secret- festival. But I'm very glad to have visited an even better concert: Sigur Rós on Lowlands 2008. The best concert of all 22 editions of that festival I visited.

I saw Sigur Ròs in Malmö two days ago and I still can't belive I saw them. Such a strange and moving experience. Now I'm going back to my own reality as a second grade special teacher and all I can do is long for their next concert or my visit to Iceland. I love Sigur Rós and everything I will ever relate to them. Thank you.

I'm so fucking frustrated with myself for not using my ticket and going to see them in Nottingham last month. I'm such a depressed/anxious bastard, I just bottled it at the last. They're probably my favourite thing in the world, and yet I couldn't even get out of the fucking house to make it to their gig. Fuck off!! I am sorry everyone.

emo much? here's a thought: instead of allowing the whole "attention seeking emo thing" to define you, how about just get off your lazy emo keister and go to the stupid show? i can't possibly imagine the idea of identifying with such a defeatist image such that it should control and dictate whether i live or just sit and waste oxygen. don't you dare hear what i am not saying. i'm sure there's a reason for a depressive state of mind and this is not to say it isn't valid. but, you just have to get up and go. period. life is worth stopping for a second to smell the aroma of food or enjoy a beautiful landscape. it is not designed to be ignored. stop wasting oxygen, get up, and do something meaningful.

I'm just amazed he could hold that note for 40 friggin seconds!
@AidanCrank9 жыл бұрын
Gabriel Gan I'm not sure if it was an effect or actually him, but if it was him he might've employed a technique known as "circular breathing" where he puffs his cheeks out and exhales that as he breathes in through nose. It's commonly used by jazz musicians when holding long notes, in the video it looks like he might be doing it a little bit, or he just has really really good vocal/lung skills
