I saw them in march at wolverhampton, and again in november in nottingham, both times i was blown away by the sheer force of their sound, i mean, how can just a few musicians make such a big, powerful sound? Not to mention the visual effects, the curtain dropping during the 3rd song, the blinding flashing lights, and 1000s of faces swaying gently all wide eyed, its so magical, an unforgettable experience, Sigur Ros are sublime live, a real treat, and the fans are always amazing too!xxx

I saw Sigur Ròs in Malmö two days ago and I still can't belive I saw them. Such a strange and moving experience. Now I'm going back to my own reality as a second grade special teacher and all I can do is long for their next concert or my visit to Iceland. Aaron Hansen I was there. It was a great concert. It was the best gig of the first edition of the Best Kept Secret- festival. But I'm very glad to have visited an even better concert: Sigur Rós on Lowlands 2008. The best concert of all 22 editions of that festival I visited.

Gabriel Gan I'm not sure if it was an effect or actually him, but if it was him he might've employed a technique known as "circular breathing" where he puffs his cheeks out and exhales that as he breathes in through nose. It's commonly used by jazz musicians when holding long notes, in the video it looks like he might be doing it a little bit, or he just has really really good vocal/lung skills
